Responsibilities include cultivating and enhancing relationships with businesses and individuals to further the mission of UrbanFUTURE, assisting the CEO in developing and executing the major gifts strategy, maintaining donor databases, planning and executing fundraising events and annual gift campaigns, managing the grant process, preparing development plans and reports, etc. Successful candidates have event/campaign planning experience, effective communication skills (written and verbal), organization and time management skills and can adapt quickly in a fast paced environment. Non-profit fundraising experience is preferred.
